Carl B. Johnson was born and raised in Racine. Attorney Johnson received his law degree from the Marquette University Law School in 2006 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Carl is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
